Private Events

It really deeply pains me to see these "private event" emails.  It burns me down to the core, that our neighbors would want to have a party and *exclude* people from it.  It is perfectly acceptable, I think, for our neighbors to have individual events, but why would they want to deny the use of our lawn and our patio to everyone else?  It is because they have the propertarian tendency, which is bred into our society to drive our consumerist and wasteful individualistic greed; it is this very tendency which is perpetuated by the Rains-occupied government; they aim to divide us and separate us from each other, because they know that we are strongest when we work and play together.

There will come a day when there is no such thing as a "private event" and we all live and share our collective building resources in egalitarian utopia... whenever a man or woman or child wants to use a barbecue, they will be able to do so - without restraint or restriction, without fear of raccoons to terrorize him or her away from the barbecue pit so that a private "party" may take place.

Yes, I have this vision.  I fear that I will not be with you long enough to realize it, but here it is, so that it may outlast me.

      ONE PARTY

      ONE PEOPLE

ONE STUDIO : STUDIO ONE

WITH ONE CONTINUOU8 LAWN THAT STRETCHES UNIMPEDED FROM THE BAY TO THE FOOTHILLS.....

I hope you will share this vision with me, and never let our revolution die.
